A wearable sensor to gauge health metrics by sensing gases coming from and going into skin. The device from Northwestern University measures changes in water vapor, carbon dioxide, etc. emitted from and absorbed by the skin. By analyzing these gases, the device can provide information about infections, wound healing, hydration levels, etc.
