Dear plebs, a serious question about where could a noncoder suggest a NIP proposal or where to look for other proposals so the NIP number is not in conflict.

I dreamt about an amazing idea, that could make client builders compensated for their hard work.

My Idea was certainly already discussed but I wanted to take a note about it because I do forget things :)

Basically, what I've dreamt was when users zap each other, there could be a tiny or not so tiny fee chosen by the user itself (1% - 10% - 25% ...) but not 0% or 100%. The concept is basically like the fountain app has solved with its splits. The better the dev's client, the more users use this client, and the more zees they get. speaking about zees... Because a zap is a tip and fees are, well just fees not something we like paying 💵 I'm calling these splits to be named zees 💫.
