The problem is research means crap now. So much corruption you can buy research to say whatever you want no matter what belief system you have. So unless the research is randomized, fully vetted and presented with both endorsements and criticisms then this is not definitive.

Reality check. Institutional credibility is zero now. The only way out of this getting back to dialogue, respectful debate, and consensus between oppositions.
