I've seen a UFO on two occasions. No one ever believes me, though. There's the only answer you need.

That’s how it typically goes yeah? My brother claims to have seen one too but his account seems too vague to be trusted.

Nope. But, I'll give ya the short version of what both encounters were like. They looked like REALLY big stars that were going in random trajectories. At first, I thought they might be satellites but the the way they changed direction was way too abrupt. They kept changing direction over and over for a few minutes and then faded away almost in an instant. I wasn't scared, just baffled. Lol.

What kind of distance between you and them are we talking about?

That's difficult to say. Keep in mind, I was a kid the first time I saw one, only 9. The second time I was 14. If I had to guess... probably around the same altitude as a space shuttle after fully launching. Probably higher now that I'm thinking about it.
