Gave me an idea.

Does a miner really warm the house?

Can it compensate its electricity and then some?

It's the first time I'm really thinking about that stuff

Yes. For 3 winters I heated my home with 3 S9s. I will not be doing that this winter though. It's not worth it after the halving, at least for me.

Is the calculation too complicated?

I first need to get the price of electricity the compare it to other means of heating?

Yes. And figure out what your source of heat uses and compare the two. The calculation is pretty easy one you get the numbers.
