Neck Fix Protocol:

1. Buy buckwheat pillow to fix curve in neck while sleeping. Straight cervical spine causes muscle spasms.

2. Desk setup (obv)

3. Foam roll thoracic curve morning and night

4. Lay longitudinal on foam roller and let arms open to open up chest and shoulders. Morning and night.

5. Lacrosse ball tiny muscles below occipital lobe of brain. Go hard on this like a great massage. Morning and night.

I struggled with neck pain for years (American football and computer developer stuff). This protocol works. Just have to stick to it.

Worst neck pain always starts when completely engrossed in dev project. Your head tilts forward as you “lock-in”. Gotta balance out the forces.
