There was a time when I used to use winamp all day long. I'd be playing music downloaded by 56.6k modem from napster. I'm so old.

I'll leave you alone, but I love telling folks about my first 486 pc (my first computer was a Commodore 64 with all the shit.I had the cassette recorder, floppy drive, dot matrix printer with a whole box of tractor fed paper)...Anyways my first 486 had a Pentium 90MHz processor and the board had integrated graphics and comms.... I felt like a pirate back then...things were more exciting. all my friends and I shared a single password for the dial-up so it was free....... now I comment on random strangers posts......you had to go and mention Winamp in a post...LOL...Cheers

My first computer was just a thick keyboard that would plug up to the tv for a green screen monitor

sounds like the Commodore 64 I had or something similar, everything was in basic...I would buy magazines at the book store and type in pages of codes.....tandy also had a very popular model at the time that I can't remember the name of.....same idea, giant keyboard plugged into back of tv... I had color, but not sure if there were variants....Now I play with Linux distros. and anything that promotes privacy or freedom. I only recently found Nostr...I dig the mobility of the npub.. good luck.
