Maybe stop to consider the fact your blood is full of pfas chemicals and microplastics, and probably lead. And the government also polluted the entire world with radiation doing nuclear weapons tests.

If you're eating lead, pfas, and plastics yes. I would suggest you consider stopping that activity. You don't understand nuclear to include that in this list.
