I suppose the one that has our Constitution. We're still the freest country on the planet. And it seems we're getting rid of more & more Socialist crap as we go along. But I do get your drift..

I'm with ya on all of this. I would love to think supply / demand matrixes would allow for upkeep of wetlands and the like. If we weren't taxed & regulated to death, I think we'd be able to do all this privately.

Wetlands don’t need upkeep. Just don’t cause harm to it.
