If indeed this is the correct way to interpret the image, then I would say it’s quite naive to think that the future of the entire human race can be summed up in a single image posted on Nosrtr! There has to be a back story, surely!
Why is it naive? A society cannot get ahead hating itself.
I am probably misunderstanding the image. My comment about naivety is related to people’s attempts to claim solutions for very complex issues with simplistic one size fits all solutions. To claim that the earths entire human flourishing rests on individual family units focusing on themselves with an attitude of love really is naive. There are all sorts of religious, cultural, familial and philosophical drivers bound up in the various expressions of focus found in family units. Tension is created when one unit is unable to empathise and or accept another units version of what they feel is fundamental. Hence my emphasis to somehow the future of the entire human race is a simple jpeg.
