Did you use some other clients? It might be possible that somehow you're following list got overwritten 🥲
Not sure how you'll be able to get it back unless you have it already backed up like using https://metadata.nostr.com/ 😞

You're using relay.snort.social which was a public relay before. Now it's a paid relay - so if you don't have a subscription (which I think is most likely), that relay should still have your old kind3/following list.
Try switching off all the relays except that one for reading & see if you have your old following list.
No I didn't use another client. I was at the doctor. I logged off and back on. Everything was gone. I didn't have a list. 😞 Thank you for answering me!! 🫂🥹
