New version of NDK: 0.8.5

* Relay sets with disconnected relays will now get automatically added to the pool and disconnected from if not used within 60s

* nevent and naddr relay hints are now automatically heeded

sounds like it, since horse implements a NIP-07 interface. So, yes.
