This is no win for "free speech". Kimmel was never an advocate of free speech until his was attacked. He was extremely bad during covid and was happy to have "disinformation" censored.
The show was on life support before this debacle.
Trumps FCC in its extreme stupidity breathed new life into it when it was already dead.
Under pressure, abc called their bluff… May have worked, but still shots fired back from T. I think it peters out from here, but the power grab will erupt again in some other form shortly.
