Why is are SO many meetings for a software developer?! Why is there so much documentation that HR wants for a software developer? You really want me to write ANOTHER user manual on how I work? What is the best way to approach me? Etc... etc... etc...? I waste more time on attending meaningless meetings, writing meaningless documentation, etc.. etc..
