This is Jared Bernstein, he is an American economist who currently serves as the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Joe Biden.

He is a senior fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and has previously served as the chief economist and economic adviser to Vice President Joe Biden during the Obama administration.
