it's not tagged "root" though, so ... it's tricky and in this case wrong. The actual root just happens to reference another event but not as a reply.

So the bug is in #[3] referencing two events without them being reply and root. Got it.

yeah. I think there should only be one e tag for root though though (since its a reply to a quote the quote event should be root)
