I will never in my life encourage senators to pass new regulations and law.

But will you call your senators to encourage them to exempt self-custody from existing regulations and law? Cause that’s what we’re talking about.

That's a totally different item. Much like the genius act, clarity is a trainwreck of new reg and power, unfortunately.

So just call and say you support section 110 :)

Unless you are talking about something different, sec 110 is:

Sec. 110. Application of the Bank Secrecy Act

I absolutely do not agree on any way with that paragraph.

I'm hoping you mean something else.

The section *exempts* certain activity from regulation under the BSA. It’s strictly a reduction in coverage.

Way to many issues on the entire bill. Get one that only does that, I'll support it.

I'll also add that both of my senators are sponsors of the bill. (AZ)
