Dry. Didn’t take into account that the traeger is essentially a convection oven.

Yep. Totally get that. Can’t count how many iterations and attempts it took me to make the #hodlbutter and #hodlbar to what they are now. Try, and try again until perfection (as close as it can be anyways)
