I didn't dream for the last 21 months or so. I guess because of various life stressors.

I started dreaming again about a week ago and all I have is nightmares.

Not sure what to make of it, but my current stance is that I'd rather have nightmares than no dreams at all.

I started dreaming again, or at least remember that I dreamed after I quit smoking weed

When my weed consumption is low i have very intense dreams , nightmares as well. whew. i still dream just fine and remember when i am on weed.
