I wish I had someone to do that for me. The best I have at hand now is medicine, drinks and laying in the ground covered with a blanket

It's the best thing to do when your back is trashed, and if you curl and roll your back against the ground a bit you have something like a massage too but I can't do that now 😥 thanks friend :purple_hugging:
