Sure, but again, supporting FOSS doesn't mean that they are securing freedom for **yourself**. I feel like people don't really understand what it takes to secure one's own freedom. They just delegate the responsibility to benefactors out there (like opensats and others) and call it a day. That will help, but will never guarantee your freedom.

I get your point. But only bc the majority of my social circle is a few generations older then me.

Younger generations are not familiar with this idea of having to fight for things worth having.

No offense to younger generations, I am generalizing here. But they must first learn to crawl before they can run.

We've been running towards the "free stuff" for 40+ years as a society.
