interesting. global nuclear plants have been shut down since Japan incident. maybe something like nuclear are too monstrous for human to handle

every time, it has been a multi-level failure of the enforcement of safety systems.

broken safety systems were ignored, design was done to lower standards than reasonably expected at the time, etc.

no one has implemented the policy of regular checking, and halting operation even if there is a tiny issue

sometimes i wonder the only way to avoid apocalypses like nuclear, bioweapon etc is to decentralize everything.

but in the meantime, is it really good to open source nuclear bombs to everyone
