Go for a long walk (not in the direction of the shop).

It won't help but that's what I used to do.

I ended up swapping out the addiction for vape. Not recommended. Horrible feeling tho for sure.

You know what kind of did help. I had this chart of days, weeks, months and this approximation of how your body/lungs will be healing, the duration of withdrawal and whatever else. It was something to fixate on. The healing process and not wanting to interrupt it.

I did actually quite for a fair a few months.
