You misunderstand me. You simplify me. I don't legitimate Russia, I condemn them. But it was all so predictable, and a far better outcome could have occurred if people weren't so idealistic.

Ok great to hear so. Sorry for offending. I just felt in these notes, that you were voting to have a ceasfire, forgiving Russia, that they illegitimately expanded their borders and pray that Russia does not attack again.

This future would be the dream of everyone that wants to expand Russia.

But do read all my replies. Morally I condemn Russia, but practically I don't think it is wise to stop them from expanding into non-NATO countries.

Why not?

It is less about Nato or not Nato for me. It is about allowing freedom or not. Is the US a country, that is pro or contra freedom?

Ukraine has no freedom.

It has no elections.

It has no young men, and it's women and children are scattered all across Europe.

It is swamped in debt and being sold piece by piece to private investors.

It has the freedom to sit in a trench and die because people like you want to wear them like a boxing glove to punch Putin in the face because you're obsessed with this Marvel superhero view of the world where the superheros must defeat the supervillians.

Why don't you strap on a helmet and go to the frontlines you hypocrite?

but Russia would have killed every single Ukrainian in Ukraine and tortured the babies.

The news told me this as they showed a building with a crying baby inside scared from a Russian fighter jet flying overhead.

The crying of that dear sweet baby made me know Russia was clear culprit, no questions asked.

It is true that Ukraine has no freedom currently. You know why? Because Russia does not let them. When you get attact you have no decision if you engage the fight or not. You only get the option to lose while fighting against and try to win or if you do not even try.

And not it is not from whatever special news. You can get how it is going from calls of russian troops calling their mothers. It is a well proofen fact that russian troops are not liberating Ukraine. They get in for destruction. Or you think the rockets they are sending in every day are freeing anyone?

so is it true that USA funded coup in ukraine and also pushed them to be more anti-russian which led to bombing the russian speakers in eastern Ukraine? You think its fake news or what? Because this is what I hear and it seems plausible knowing that USA is very fond of regime change

Yes clearly the US was involved in the 2014 events in Ukraine where the president briefly fled and that Rada mysteriously voted 100% to remove the president contrary to law.

alright so I am not going insane

And because the US had involvement in anything is a good legitimation why Russia has the right to expand its teritory. Is this the logic you are using?

When country B did something in country A then country C has the right to claim country A as its territory.

What's your justification for the terrorising of ethnically Russian areas of Ukraine that continued for 8 years, those areas went through a referendum, they weren't conquered, they wanted to be a part of Russia due to the constant threat of violence by western backed Nazi thugs.

And yes the Donbass region refused to accept that and declared independence, leading to a civil war from 2014 to 2022.

It's not only plausible, it's a plain and simple fact.
