As an enthusiastic fan of Hollywood filming products, besides those masterpieces with either romantic or dramatic storylines, the drama serials Silicone Valley got my unusual attentions recently after I reviewed them again years later since their screen debut.

However, this time my focus was shifted to another direction with deeper thinking about those inspirational or compelling factors behind those scripts.

If remembered correctly, Bill Gates reportedly gave credits to the reflection functionality of drama Silicone Valley to its historical reality. As a nerd and inspired young generation by those tech success, a few things confused me from a business perspective rather than entertaining craze this time.

From Wework, Theranos, FTX, my question is how those companies got funded and who offered supports to those young entrepreneurs? What kind of professional guidance have ever been provided along their startup journey till eventual bankruptcy or extreme downside? What kind of loss have been created to Investors? What kind of impacts have those events impacted on the whole tech industry in US and its affiliating ripple effects that spread the whole world?

Well, as a nerd, I always wonders why and how. However, same mistakes seemingly kept continuing for decade long.
