The problem with explicitly tagging the account/npub is that it would be easy to manipulate. Just get enough bots to vote against someone. That leads to pay-to-ostracize to prevent bot armies.
I think we make it easier to see the problematic notes so people (or there delegated algo) can decide
The bot thing is a real concern… it’s why the component of a human judge is simultaneously necessary and problematic
