Hey that’s better than my potato harvest was!
I was growing potatoes from Maine in a garden in Charlotte, NC, to be fair. I tried to guess which varieties available for sale there would do well in my climate and probably failed 😂 though one plant in particular looked very happy and even flowered a lot.
I would say I wish I remembered which variety it was (it had white flowers) but I’m probably never gardening in zone 8 again 😂
It’s our 2nd year growing them, this year was better than last years. We’ll get there, the time to learn how to grow things isn’t when you’re hungry, it’s when you’re not!
Next year I’m gonna garden less badly than this year.
