Apply to the state for a place to park your car. If the house has a garage, the address of the house, if the house does not have a garage, rent an outside garage and inform the country of the address.

In Singapore to own a car you must get a ā€œcertificate of entitlement ā€œ COE. This lasts 10 years. So for a basic Toyota Corolla. You will pay 130,000. 40 for the car and 90 for the COE.

Needless to say I donā€™t own a car. I ride my bike everywhere.
