I’m looking for an easy way to connect a lightning payment to a link to download a music file that I can put in my Nostr bio. Anyone have any advice on this?

Yeah something dead simple and free would be ideal, at least for now

I'm also thinking maybe it's worth reaching out to the nostr:npub1cwneqlnjgs3rdtk97c2ffy2df9dm5zycgj3dsg8c3z00hchxjmfqtvraju team and nostr:npub1nt4nhdy47zd7x7vsfrp77anynyt7l3r23j9xnlhuxxnaqyhkan9s9v5u98 to ask if they plan to offer a more affordable “artists/creator” subscription with limited features like the payment link only for your use case.

I set up something like that using nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg and nostr:npub13ljnkd633c7maxatymv3y2fqq8vt3qk7j3tt0vytv90eztwgha9qmfcfhw which has an easy integration. I wonder if there’s something simpler now?? I can whip up a demo if you like 🤓
Sure! What would that look like? I’m still getting everything dialed in on my profile, I still might change lightning wallets and other things… trying to get up and running quickly and iterate if not perfect!!

Would a link in your bio to a profile on nostr:npub1yfg0d955c2jrj2080ew7pa4xrtj7x7s7umt28wh0zurwmxgpyj9shwv6vg or something like that do the trick? I don't know yet what payment setups are available there. It would give more music options.
I’d definitely like to explore wavlake at some point, but I’d also like to experiment with like a direct purchase for a download of a music file. I think eventually having both available would widen the options.
ya i dont think wavlake has that as a feature.
i think you could do this in a few different ways using LNbits on your own node but you need to be technically savvy

Those are nice sites! Super cool. I’m looking for something like a lightning invoice link I can put in my Nostr bio that just automatically takes ppl to either a purchase and download link. I have the download setup already on my website.

So ideally, they’d click the link in your bio and be taken to a page that says zap to download. After payment is received, they’d be redirected to the MP3 link.
