Bitcoin already takes on the Federal Reserve Bank.
You do not fight gov / IRS by avoiding or hiding.
You fight by rebut any of his "authority".

You should read up on solar punk vs lunar punk.
Bitcoin obviously follows the direct solar punk ethos. Monero follows guerilla war tactics to divert the state.
