I have taken the top of a couple and filled with water.
Then hold upside down while holding the valve open and charge with compressed air.
Makes a fun squirt gun.
But one could put dye, paint, hot pepper sauce, whatever in one to weaponize it I imagine.
Not about to bring a fire extinguisher to a gun fight though……
