You don’t need to open a channel on Mutiny. Any receives less than 200k sats go into your fedimint federation.

So, if someone will zap over 200k sats to my mutiny address will it go into lightning channel directly ?

Yeah I think that’s how it works

Any payment to your lightning address will go into the fedimint, the 200k limit only applies to invoices created in the wallet.

I wouldn’t recommend keeping a lot in your federation though. Still super early with fedimint. Possible bugs and rugs incoming. 😂

So it doesn't auto-open a lightning channel at 200,001 sats?

If you create an invoice for that much it will. It won't ever sweep your Fedimint balance to a channel unless you initiate it though
