I don't think something exists but basically it would be something like arxiv but on Nostr?
I just know about #nostrudel client that is optimal for long notes, and Wikifreedia made by Pablo.. I don't know if something can be already be done there or..

Its not a direct to nostr solution, but maybe try IPFS until the devs implement it. Great things like this takes time
