You would need a scraper to keep it up to date. This is mostly for completeness.
I can provide you access to my scraper’s database, but it would be limited access due to it being used for commercial purposes.

yeah i've build some rudimentary scrapping already when i was experimenting with search.nostr.net , but i wanted the database for other reasons as well , i was just recently asking around if anyone has a big dump cuz i wanted to do some AI experiments on it
