Exactly, there are so many paths to the top 10%. But the people who haven’t reached it and are wasting all their free time on social media might want to rethink their strategy.

I was just talking to one of my kids yesterday about how the ‘90s are a blur to me. I don’t know much of what was going on culturally at all. I watched The Last Dance a couple months ago and I felt like someone from another country watching it because I was so busy during my 20s.

I worked 40-50 hours a week and then spent another 40 hours a week learning whatever skills I needed to help me accomplish my next professional goals. Not to even mention raising 2, then 3, and then 4 kids.

I look around and see so many people just completely wasting their 20s and I see so many people my age in their 50s who wasted their 20s and they are all moaning about how they’ll never be able to retire. People in their 50s who have no kids and have no wealth accumulated are doubly fucked. Don’t be like those people.
