When Nostr reaches the point where it is so seamlessly integrated into our social lives that it fades into the background, it will experience explosive adoption and growth. We have spent the past two years building a solid technical foundation, and we are now ready to focus on creating a user experience that is as intuitive and enjoyable as possible. 2024 is shaping up to be a year of tremendous progress for Nostr.

it only makes sense given a long enough timeframe. once we get this user experience layer down, it will become easier to onboard users and we may even see larger existing applications building social layers with nostr - such as Fountain.
