For my part, I don’t like presuming intent, especially nefarious intent, about people when that intent is not matched by speech or actions. Since the song says nothing about black people, it seems sanest to not think that he’s talking about black people (although if you view black people as violent, I can see why you might think he was talk about black people).

But again the lines that also include first amendment expressions are pretty problematic.
