Almonds have a lot of Omega 6 in them which has been shown to cause inflammation
So they take a lot of water and cause inflammation? Jeez, I thought they were healthy.

The amount of almonds that make it into a cup of almond milk is like 3. As long as you arenβt drinking only almond milk all day, I think the negatives are negligible.
