XRP is a transmission protocol not an asset.

Realistically it will be used as an intermediary to settle transactions but not the actual underlying asset itself.

I'm not familiar enough with Solana to tell you if it's an tool that would be beneficial for reserve assets.

We can split hairs on semantics but ultimately XRP is a security, and possibly the most promising vector for a future CBDC.

Either way, if you mix XRP or SOL into the SBR it is by definition no longer a SBR, period. That’s really all I’m saying. It’s practically tautological and yet here we are.
