What is a fit body?

I am not a couch potato, but can always be improved. I work out 3x per week nowadays.

The mind is my weakest link I think 🤔.

A fit body and calm mind go hand in hand

Once you start realizing the food you eat creates you to be a lazy person be comfortable version of yourself, you will make the right improvements

Start with the food scam. A whole world will open for you
