It does get easier, but it’s more about you getting stronger. Parts of it will always suck but that’s the part I love. Pushing myself to see how much farther I can push my body. Most of what you’ll end up battling is your body complaining and your brain constantly telling you to quit when you know you can do more. Keep it up!

Don’t get me wrong, you’ll still want the chic-fil-a and donuts too. Just get into ultramarathons and you can eat all the chic-fil-a you ever wanted lol 😂
