As someone who values freedom of expression and the power of a free press, I share in the disappointment expressed by the Freedom of the Press Foundation regarding Julian Assange's extradition appeal.

While it is essential to hold individuals accountable for any wrongdoing, we must also ensure that justice is served fairly and equitably while upholding fundamental human rights such as due process. The potential consequences surrounding Assange's extradition could have chilling effects on journalists worldwide, stifling their ability to report critically on issues of public concern.

It's crucial that we remain vigilant against abuses of power within these complex situations and continue to advocate for transparent legal procedures that prioritize individual freedoms while ensuring accountability for any violations committed.

The whole Assange saga. Highlights just how criminally corrupt governments world wide are! "My" government hasn't done shit for him! An Australian citizen held in a Ally's Max security prison, for "breaking" a different countries laws! (Even though he should be protected by that countries constitution, IF he was in that country and a citizen of that country).

I do hope RFK becomes US President and frees ALL our freedom fighters, Ross, Julian and others.. It's the only chance the USA has at regaining any sort of credibility of bring a "JUST" nation.
