I have no problem with roads. I'm fully on board with the idea that private enterprise can handle that, because I can fully visualize and understand that process. Also, "maintenance of roads" was never a legitimate responsibility for government per the constitution, so even _with_ a government I want it under private industry.

However, I can't yet see how the basic functions are handled. I'll give you two examples.

1. Alice and Bob enter a contract for software development and end up with a disagreement about whether the project is completed or not. Alice wants Bob to pay her, and Bob wants Alice to make further changes before payment. How is that dispute settled, assuming they didn't include an arbitration clause? And even if they did include an arbitrary clause, what mechanism enforces its rulings?

2. Let's say my country goes anarchist. And let's say China doesn't. What would stop them from invading and destroying our way of life, instituting totalitarianism on us?

To be clear, I'm not claiming "anarchists have no answers to this." My assumption is that there are great answers to it, and I'm trying to figure out where to find them. And while I could keep asking questions about individual cases, what I'm _really_ looking for is a comprehensive explanation of how an anarchist society would function.

Well, as I said.

There are no answers because the old anarchist treaties did not leave these answers.

Or if they did, someone made a point of erasing them from history.

I will not talk about economic aspects, but it is important to emphasize that without money no army can last for long, not even the Chinese. And that is why Bitcoin is important for the anarchist transition to be successful.

Now let's get to the answers.

1. Contracts.

There are no right answers, but I will give some suggestions.

1.1. Always try to minimize risk.

If you make a software contract, be as clear as possible.

Layout design - $x

Customer registrations

- Database - $b

And keep receiving as you develop.

From the moment the customer stops paying, your risk has been reduced.

Don't be an idiot.

1.2. Private forums.

You can set up a private forum to resolve the issue. It will analyze who is right and give the verdict. Now, who will impose force or punishment? The forum could have a police force just like the state currently has. The main advantage of this model is that a private forum would be decentralized and any forum that goes beyond its limits could be demonetized. In the state model, there are no punishments for the judiciary or the police that go beyond their limits.

1.3. Public forums.

In my opinion, this would be the best option, but the most difficult and utopian, not yet described in books.

Public forums consist of creating a complaint website, which would give people the option to judge the complaint and give the final verdict. If they fund me, I would create something like this myself. After the verdict, society itself could punish those who acted in bad faith. Or even fund groups to carry out the punishment if necessary.

The second is a little more complicated.

2.1. A new national security system needs to be created.

And no. I'm not talking about maintaining an army through taxes.

A new security system requires cameras and a reporting system.

When a soldier or enemy is seen doing something stupid, like the Brazilian police who are stealing land in Brazil, these people should be filmed and reported.

Once they are filmed, reported and tried, (1.3), funding would come in to eliminate these soldiers. The United States still has a military advantage in that the population is still armed and this makes it much easier to eliminate enemies. Therefore, in anarchist countries, the use of weapons should be encouraged to help fight external enemies.

Ah, but the enemy's technology is stronger.

It doesn't matter. With the right incentive, he will be impeached even inside China when he is sleeping or with his family.

The world has changed.

And it's only a matter of time before we can put what needs to be done in order.
