I can see #zaps on #olas, but it seems they are not redeemed by the internal NIP-60 wallet.
Anyone has any idea why?

Zaps are supposed to be sent to the wallet listed in your Nostr profile. The internal wallet is, I think, meant for topping up and using to zap posts within #olas, in case you can't/don't use NWC.
However, I have zapped photos in #olas that don't show up on my lightning node, and I'm not sure why!

Actually, I don’t think so.
In case you do not have a NWC connected the NIP-60 wallet should be able to revive zaps right away. In fact, I redeemed some cashu zaps directly on olas. However, this is not working these days!
Anche a me non funzionava col wallet nip-60 interno. Poi quando l'ho reinstallata completamente ha fatto i redeem di giorni passati. Quindi in teoria gli zap cashu non sono persi, fanno solo molta fatica a sincronizzarsi.
Comunque anche a me ultimamente non arrivano, ma con quelli che avevo riesco a zappare gli altri.
