Have you looked at your lions mane extract purchases in sats terms over time? It's gone up in fiat terms but has it increased in bitcoin terms?
Honestly I barely even look at it in fiat terms. I buy so little that isn’t a bare necessity that when I do want something it’s pretty unconditional
