Right, I was being a little pedantic.

At least in this particular situation, I think the guy who has a family is probably more free than the person doing drugs. Maybe it's because I've personally seen the damage that hardcore addiction can do to people. It seems to rob you of your freedom because you live only for the drug.

I think for me freedom comes down to the ability to be able to choose And then implement that choice.
