Every expectation I held in life was shattered, leading to disappointment and sadness.

Perhaps this is the natural order... expectations meant to be broken. Only after years of shattered expectations do I understand and accept this truth.

We often live within our naive, delusional realities where things are supposed to unfold as we expect. However, the harsh reality always follows its own course. And when it breaks our expectations, we understand how the real world works. And, of course, learning always comes with pain. This way we remember the lesson!
