Traceability is non-fungibility and it's dangerous.

See why.

What would happen if a terrorist organization sent you money, or if the laundered money found its way into your wallet by mistake or with intent to harm you?

Most blockchain like #Bitcoin do not have the ability to reject a receipt of money and if they know an address of your wallet from some transaction you made previously you are in danger.

You would be investigated by the government, of course as long as it was a blockchain with traceability.

Traceable money is not fungible.

Patriot Act gave them that ability without a traceable transaction. If they think you are a credible threat, you are already on their radar and reachable. They aren’t worried about someone that receives a small crypto transaction, they worry about an MLK, Ghandi, and JFK that can galvanize the masses.
