Try to do cold therapy and breathing in the future. For example wim hof methode. I do it daily breathing and cold shower and it works for me. 🤙

You can even download the app wim hof methode and try it first the breathing. Take it slow, listen to your body. Its not about how long to keep you breath its all about listening to your body.
