More baked spaghetti squash laid up. One more session to go. The more food I grow and preserve the more I understand why people remain on the teat of big farm and big food. It’s time consuming and quite boring work, but I’d rather learn these skills now rather than in a pinch. Tomorrow, it’s pressure canning potatoes.
